On July 16, 2025, Unicord PLC. Branch 2 organized the “With CEO & On-site Visit” to provide new entrepreneurs from the SME Development Center with practical insights and hands-on experience in the seafood industry. The event commenced with a welcome address and an operational overview presented by Mr. Sutin Sawaengdikul, Factory Manager.
The highlight of the event was the “Knowledge Sharing with CEO” session, led by Mr. Amornphan Aramwatananont, Chief Executive Officer of Sea Value PLC. He shared his extensive expertise in business management and modern organizational leadership, emphasizing the importance of balancing business performance with shared social value. Following the session, representatives and mentors presented souvenirs to express their gratitude.
In the afternoon, participants were guided on a plant tour to observe the actual production processes. The tour covered everything from seafood processing and quality control to logistics management, broadening the entrepreneurs’ perspectives and inspiring them to further develop their own businesses in the future.
