To foster unity and enhance operational efficiency, Sea Value PLC. hosted an internal teambuilding activity and workshop under the theme “ONE TEAM WINNING TOGETHER” from September 21–22, 2024. The event gathered employees from all departments and organizational levels. This initiative aimed to strengthen mutual understanding and internal relations, while developing crucial contemporary workplace skills, including communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.
