“Big Brother Season 8” Project, Empowering Thai SMEs Toward Sustainable Growth

Sea Value Public Company Limited received a prestigious award at the “Big Brother Season 8” project, a key strategic initiative organized by the Thai Chamber of Commerce. Operating under the “Mentorship” framework, the program focuses on systematically elevating the competitive capabilities of Thai Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). Over the past eight years, this initiative has successfully fostered public-private collaboration, utilizing large enterprises as “corporate mentors” to provide business consultation and knowledge transfer in partnership with educational institutions and financial funds to drive robust economic growth.

According to performance data from Big Brother Season 8, participating SMEs achieved an outstanding average growth rate of 28.66%, contrasting sharply with the national average SME growth projection of 3.2% in 2024. The food and beverage sector demonstrated the most prominent growth and active participation. This remarkable success reflects the high efficiency of the “Coaching & Mentoring” model led by industry experts, driving agile learning and strategic adaptation in a rapidly shifting business environment.

Looking forward to Season 9, Mr. Palit Bhirombhakdi, Vice Chairman of the Thai Chamber of Commerce and Chairman of the Member Strengthening Committee, stated that the next phase will prioritize integrating modern technologies and innovative tools, such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), to enhance operational efficiency and expand commercial opportunities for entrepreneurs. The Big Brother project remains dedicated to serving as a primary knowledge-sharing and collaborative platform, building a resilient and sustainable economic foundation for Thailand.
